About FainzA senior, UK-based consultancy built for the businesses that actually run the economy.
We started Fainz because the businesses we admire most — owner-led, founder-led, mid-market — were being underserved by both the big four (too expensive, too slow, too generic) and the offshore vendor market (too transactional, too far from the work).
Operators, not advisers.
We are an operator-led consultancy. Every engagement is run by someone who has built the thing they're advising on — a sales pipeline, an engineering team, an AI deployment — not someone reading from a methodology binder.
That bias shows up in how we work: shorter scopes, sharper measurements, fewer artefacts, more outcomes. We're trying to be the firm we wanted as operators ourselves.
- UK-led, globally delivered. Strategy and accountability sit in the UK; execution scales offshore.
- Proprietary technology. We've built our own AI agent platform — not rebranded someone else's.
- SME-shaped commercials. Pricing your finance director can defend.
- Boring word, important promise: ownership. Senior people, accountable from first call to handover.
Three layers, one accountable team.
UK consultancy
Senior consultants based in the UK who own the relationship, the strategy and the outcome.
Offshore delivery
Vetted engineers, designers and delivery leads who execute the work at a competitive cost base.
Proprietary AI
Our own agents and models layered through both, lifting quality and compressing turnaround.
One escalation path
One contract, one phone number, one person responsible when it matters most.
Small and mid-market UK businesses serious about the next chapter.
Our typical client is an owner-led or founder-led UK business between £500k and £20m in revenue, in a sector where margin compression, talent scarcity or operational drag is starting to show — and where leadership wants a serious partner, not a series of vendors.
